CCCAC Outreach 2007 Blog Objectives
< Introduction >
This year, we will use blog as part of the outreach preparation and promotion. This document outlines the motivation, style, contents, and control of the blog.
< Motivation >
1. to communicate internally within CCCAC
2. share activities/information with guests
3. provide more transparency to guests
3. archive experience for future use
< Styles >
The blog is written based on the usual daily style, which posting new articles on-demand. For example, after we have preparation gathering, we will post a blog for activity summary. If we have new pictures, or new announcement, we post it too. Each blog is marked with a date so audience can follow the progress of event preparation. Main writing language is English but Chinese articles are used as well.

< Control >
Sam to create the blog and control all posting. Anything material that is not within the scope of this document should be reviewed by the outreach committee first.
